The most important advantage of the TechEditor BauText compared with traditional text editing or other calculation programmes is its ability to calculate typical calculation lines and tables of a technical document. Of particular interest is our success in developing a logical interpretation of formulas and tables.
You do not require a special formula editor, but enter your equation in the text programme as usual. The function Calculate line is all that is needed to indicate to BauText that a calculation is required.
Calculation lines can contain variables. Naturally, the results of calculation lines and tables can themselves be used as variables. It's extremely simple and quick to create original templates in this way.
Frequently repeated structural verifications, calculations, and text modules are saved as templates and retrieved as and when required. If an input value is changed, BauText immediately recalculates all dependent values.
The TechEditor is supplemented with an extensive library, which contains hundreds of templates with solutions for tasks that in daily practice are frequently written out by hand..
